The only time the beach is actually busy is when the tide is mid to high, and when there is swell in the water, which is ideal for surfing. Hotel Policies
Payments:
$1200 non refundable deposit to reserve the date for up to eight rooms $2100 non refundable deposit to reserve the date for more than 10 rooms $3000 non refundable deposit to reserve the date for the entire hotel rooms *additional may be booked as needed.
3 months prior to the event: Remaining rooms are unblocked but may continue to be booked
Hotel Cancellations: The deposits are non refundable If a registered client needs to cancel the refund is as follows: Up to one month prior: Full refund Less than one month prior: Deposit not refundable
Event Policies
To save the date for the reception venue a 50% deposit is required. Final headcount and payment are due seven days prior to the event. Coordination fees are due 100% upfront and are non-refundable.
