Meet Ali Brennan
Allison spent several years working as a professional acrobat learning the importance of care for the physical body as well as the mind. She received her Mat-Pilates teaching certificate while living in Dubai and did her 200 hour YTT in Nepal before returning to the Americas. Allison is a tree hugger, food lover, traveler, and fitness teacher. She loves to care for each living being as a whole, understanding that every “body" wants to move freely, to move without pain, and to move in a way that can bring them back to witness their unique body through their own spirit.
Meet Dana Schachter
Dana has been working in the field of health and wellness for 26 years. This journey
began in the mountains of N. California, at the Heartwood Institute, studying
various modalities of massage therapy. Shortly after, in Costa Rica in 2000,
she fell in love with yoga. It was through yoga that Dana first discovered what
it truly meant to feel at home in her body and within herself. This experience
was so affirming that she has dedicated her life to supporting others in their
pursuit of self-discovery. She has amassed thousands of hours of study,
training, and certification in both the philosophy and physical practice of
yoga. Her classes emphasize alignment and breath, curiosity, and non-judgement.
Now back in Costa Rica 23 years later, she is thrilled to be sharing this
transformative practice with the vibrant Grande community.
