A Playa Grande vacation would not be complete without a zipline Costa Rica! This is one of our most popular tours and takes you on a scenic, adrenaline filled trip through nature. See the beach, waterfalls, and local flora and fauna as you’re moving from tree to tree.
Ziplining is fun and safe for the whole family! Children five and older are welcome to enjoy this tour. If your kids don’t want to go it alone they can ride with an experienced tour guide. Don’t be surprised if your children choose the upside down option!
If you like you can combine horseback riding or an ATV tour and make a day of it! Another great day trip is a visit to Diamante Eco Adventure Park. We love the ziplining at Diamante because it includes a Superman style ride! You ride on your belly and fly through the air with an incredible ocean view, it is awesome! The park also has one of the countries best animal sanctuaries so while you are here you can do a combo tour. You will see so many Costa Rican animals including big cats, toucans and sloths. The sloths are not in a cage, they are just hanging out in a nearby tree. The butterfly observatory is filled with colorful and friendly blue morphos. They also have a huge restaurant with an ocean view that is out of this world. You can enjoy a typical style buffet in the open air restaurant before, during or after one of you activities.
