Starting April 1st, 2022, Costa Rica has repealed all entry requirements for foreigners.
You do not need addtional forms, proof of vaccination or travel insurance to enter the country.
The US and Canada still requires a negative COVID test to return home.
- Estados Unidos ahora acepta pruebas de antígenos que, por lo general, tardan menos de 24 horas en obtener resultados. Necesita una cita para que cuando llegue a RipJack y complete nuestro formulario, hagamos la cita de prueba de COVID por usted. Puede conducir hasta la clínica para la prueba y el costo es $55, la clínica está a unos 10 minutos. O la clínica puede venir al hotel y el costo es $85. Los resultados se le envían por correo electrónico directamente. **This is required by the US whether you are vaccinated or not.
- There is also now a one hour rapid test available at the Liberia airport. You must have an appointment and you arrive four hours ahead of your flight.
- When you check in, if we are your final destination you can complete a form and we will schedule the COVID test for you.
