Playa Grande is best known among surfers for its consistency and good mix of lefts and rights.\u00a0 Playa Grande barrels hard and fast when the winds blow off shore.\u00a0 The beach is a three mile stretch of white sand with multiple breaks to choose from.\u00a0 RipJack Inn is located in front of the main break but walk a few minutes in either direction and you’ll find plenty more fun spots to surf.<\/span><\/p>

In addition to being steps from one of the most consistent surf spots in Costa Rica, Rip Jack Inn is within driving distance to several other surf breaks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOne of the most famous surf spots in Costa Rica is Playa Tamarindo, which is just across the estuary to the south. People can walk to the mouth of the estuary and paddle over or catch a water taxi. Surfers with a car can drive around the estuary to surf Tamarindo. The wave at Tamarindo is slightly easier than Playa Grande, and the line up is typically more crowded.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
