Meet Alli Brennan<\/h3>

Allison spent several years working as a professional acrobat learning the importance of care for the physical body as well as the mind. She received her Mat-Pilates teaching certificate while living in Dubai and did her 200 hour YTT in Nepal before returning to the Americas. \n\nAllison is a tree hugger, food lover, traveler, and fitness teacher. She loves to care for each living being as a whole, understanding that every \u201cbody\" wants to move freely, to move without pain, and to move in a way that can bring them back to witness their unique body through their own spirit.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Meet Dana Schachter<\/a><\/h3>

Dana has been working in the field of health and wellness for 26 years. This journey\nbegan in the mountains of N. California, at the Heartwood Institute, studying\nvarious modalities of massage therapy. Shortly after, in Costa Rica in 2000,\nshe fell in love with yoga. It was through yoga that Dana first discovered what\nit truly meant to feel at home in her body and within herself. This experience\nwas so affirming that she has dedicated her life to supporting others in their\npursuit of self-discovery. She has amassed thousands of hours of study,\ntraining, and certification in both the philosophy and physical practice of\nyoga. Her classes emphasize alignment and breath, curiosity, and non-judgement.\nNow back in Costa Rica 23 years later, she is thrilled to be sharing this\ntransformative practice with the vibrant Grande community.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Meet Shelly Wolfe<\/a><\/h3>

Shelly Wolfe is a Master Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body and has been teaching yoga and Pilates for over 12 years. Currently living in Playa Grande, but hails from Charleston SC where she opened a yoga studio in 2012. A former medical device representative working alongside ortho and neuro surgeons in Spinal Surgeries, she has extensive knowledge about the body. Through this journey to and on the mat, Shelly\u2019s teachings are refined with alignment, connection, expansion of body and mind, and overall wellness of being.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
